About Us
Sin in a Box is a family business in Dallas, Texas. What began as an experiment on a rainy Sunday afternoon in 2002 has become a gourmet chocolate company. After that Sunday, friends wanted Casey to make more truffles, then more and more. We finally said 'no more' and - guess what - they offered to pay for them. Our company was born. The media found us (lucky us!) and brought us chocolate lovers from all across the country who have become repeat customers, both individual and corporate. We are happy to say that the list continues to grow. We believe our high style with small company service is what brings them back.
So, just as our ancestor, Richard T. Harris, panned for gold in Alaska, we pan for decadently delicious chocolates. Gold fever drew Richard Harris from Ireland to Alaska. He staked his claim in 1900, struck gold, and the town of Juneau sprang up (originally named Harrisburg). I don't think we'll settle a new town; we've got everything we want here in Dallas. But we inherited his adventurous spirit. His quest for life's greatest riches and greatest pleasures has passed down through the generations. It has evolved for us into making divine truffles.
