Shipping Policy & Guarantee
We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in order to get your truffles to you without a weekend delay in delivery.
We will ship by the most cost-effective method to ensure your order arrives fresh and in good condition. Orders must be shipped Overnight with gel ice packs included if the ground temperature is 80 degrees or more at either the point of departure or receipt. You will be notified by email if we need to adjust your shipping charge for Overnight. You will have the option to pay for Overnight shipping or cancel your order.
During cooler months, most order will be shipped via U.S. Post Office flat rate Priority Mail.
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you are not pleased with the quality, you may return the unused portion of your order within 7 days for a full refund. You will be required to pay for all shipping.
